Find your location

Every location here is an independent, FDA-certified mammography facility. Pick the one that suits you and you will go straight to their calendar.

Closest first. You can pick any of them.

Addresses and phone numbers are provided by each facility. Mammo Express does not perform imaging or interpret results — your exam is with the facility you choose.

Questions about locations

How do you choose which location to show me first?

By your ZIP code. An exact match comes first, then locations that list your ZIP as one they serve, then the nearest by ZIP proximity. You can pick any of them regardless of the order — the ranking is a convenience, not a restriction.

Are these facilities vetted?

Every location listed is an independent, FDA-certified mammography facility — certification under the Mammography Quality Standards Act is a federal requirement to operate at all. Mammo Express does not employ them, inspect them or supervise their work, and listing is not an endorsement.

What does “written order required” mean on a location?

It means that state requires a written order even for a routine screening exam — New York is the main example. It does not mean you cannot go; the facility’s own radiologist can often write it. Call them first so you are not turned away on the day.

What should I bring?

Photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and the name of the facility where you had your last mammogram so they can request those images for comparison. Skip deodorant that morning.
